GoVarks.com exists to better connect the OES community with the athletics at Oregon Episcopal School. While it isn't affiliated with OES in any way, it is targeted and marketed towards their community. It hopes to have profiles for all the upper school athletes.
Oregon Episcopal School's Department of Marketing & Communications has multiple resources as well as branding guidelines that we made sure to adhere to when building the website. The website is meant to represent members of the OES community, so we felt it was appropriate to follow the same branding guidelines. We used to correct colors, fonts, and logos, as well as complying with the guidelines in terms of how we use them.
We (GoVarks.com) has access to your IP address whenever you visit our website, as all websites do. We don't store your IP address, but we do have anonymous analytics using a third-party system, Plausible. Some of our images, particularly from articles, load from external sites like FinalSite, which is what Oregon Episcopal School's website (oes.edu) uses for many of their online assets. We do store additional information, such as your name, school email address, grade level, sports you play, and whether or not you've logged in before. However, your email address isn't shared, and we can only view this personal information if you are an athlete with a profile.
